Description

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, manage the product backlog, and oversee requirement implementation from design through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize IT requirements for the product roadmap.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams using JIRA.
• Execute test plans and oversee design and development phases to ensure quality.
• Analyze business processes to drive improvements in data management and reliability.
• Produce program-level documentation including use cases, sequence diagrams, and UAT plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong proficiency with JIRA for backlog grooming and issue tracking.
• Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle CX.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion CDM and Oracle Order to Cash.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
