• Analyze business processes and define requirements for state clients.
• Support project workflows through dedicated business analysis activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and validate project needs.
• Ensure technical solutions align with client objectives.
• Document and track business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Direct experience working with state or government clients.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with government or public sector projects.
• Familiarity with requirements management tools.
