Description

Advocate for business clients through the entire complex solution lifecycle, from initiation to post-implementation support. Define requirements, map solutions, and ensure technical deliverables align with business needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex analysis to identify core business issues and develop detailed solution requirements.
• Define business cases, outlining the need, method, and benefits for proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to refine solution design and resolve technical deviations from agreed requirements.
• Partner with testing teams to ensure issues are resolved prior to rollout and evaluate user adoption during implementation.
• Train and assist junior staff while keeping abreast of industry best practices and trends.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Six (6) years of experience in Business/Systems analysis or related field.
• Proficiency in Agile Application Development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Confluence and JIRA.
• Knowledge of Commercial Banking, Microsoft Copilot, Real Estate Banking, and Underwriting.
• Ability to research, analyze data, and derive actionable facts.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Skills

• Ability to learn additional systems as needed.
• Experience working in a team environment under pressure to meet deadlines.
