Description

You will own the data conversion process from legacy systems to Workday, ensuring accurate mapping and validation. You will develop test plans, execute testing, and provide technical support for system maintenance and enhancements. Acting as the liaison between business units and the technical team, you will deliver user support, training, and comprehensive documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve data conversion issues to map legacy data to Workday.
• Develop test plans and scripts, then conduct validation testing.
• Provide technical support for system maintenance and enhancements.
• Create software user guides and supporting documentation.
• Serve as the liaison between business units and the technical team.

Required Skills

• 4+ years’ experience implementing or administering HRIS systems.
• Direct experience with large-scale data conversion projects.
• Strong data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SQL.
• Ability to present and document high-quality, detailed deliverables.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM.
• Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience supporting technology in the public sector.
