Description

You will bridge business needs with technical implementation for HR systems, focusing on data conversion and system maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve data conversion issues when mapping legacy system data to Workday.
• Develop test plans and scripts, then conduct necessary testing for system validation.
• Provide technical support for system maintenance and ongoing enhancements.
• Create software user guides and supporting documentation for end-users.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units and the technical team.

Required Skills

• Four or more years of experience implementing or administering HRIS.
• Direct experience with large-scale data conversion projects.
• Strong data analysis skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SQL.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
• Ability to document high-quality, detailed deliverables.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM.
• Experience supporting technology in the public sector.
