Description

You will own the procurement systems, analyze data for strategic sourcing, and optimize workflows using M365 tools.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain procurement tools to maximize system efficiency.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends and support strategic sourcing decisions.
• Refine existing workflows using M365 systems to increase productivity.
• Manage analytical projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related technical roles.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SharePoint and Excel.
• Experience with the Power Platform, specifically Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
• Strong critical thinking and data-driven problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to unfamiliar software systems.
• Self-motivated with a track record of independent execution.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certification in SharePoint or Power Platform.
• Background in procurement or supply chain operations.
