Description

Required Qualifications

·        Minimum 10 years of experience gathering requirements through customer interviews and preparing clear, well-written system requirements.

·        Minimum 8 years of experience working with Software Development Life Cycles (SDLCs).

·        Minimum 8 years of experience in business process re-engineering and software process improvement.

·        Minimum 8 years of experience developing user stories and use cases following business analysis best practices.

·        Minimum 8 years of experience designing wireframes and mockups following User Experience (UX) best practices.

·        Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

·        Excellent writing, documentation, and organizational skills.

·        Minimum 4 years of documented experience using Atlassian Jira for issue tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Minimum 4 years of experience working with the Texas Education Agency (TEA), another federal, state, or local education agency, or an education vendor.

·        Minimum 3 years of documented experience using Modern Requirements requirements management software.

·        Minimum 2 years of experience supporting complaint and case management workflows, including intake, investigation, and resolution.

·        Minimum 2 years of experience working with educator certification processes, federal or state grant programs, or state funding programs
