Description

You will act as a Business Analyst based onsite in Austin, TX.

You will own the requirements lifecycle, from elicitation through documentation to system modification support.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from key stakeholders and document them via visual models and written specifications.
• Develop documentation artifacts to explain existing and proposed system states.
• Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and technical steps required for system modifications.
• Manage service requests using ticketing systems and follow change management methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Ability to read and interpret scripted code, specifically JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
• Knowledge of relational database principles and querying.
• Experience with API design and function.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of MS Project.
• Knowledge of energy conservation programs and concepts.
