You serve as the primary liaison between business and technology teams to manage regulatory and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and data requirements for regulatory reporting.
• Provide consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects.
• Assess regulatory implications for on and off-balance sheet activities.
• Manage requirements related to FRY 9c, FRY 14M/Q, FR2590, and Basel III.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial modeling for Asset Liability Management, Treasury Management, Credit Risk Management, or SCCL/Basel III.
• Subject matter expertise in Asset Liability Management at financial institutions.
• Working knowledge of banking, financial markets, and products.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for data analysis in Oracle and Teradata databases.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or Oracle BI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s in Finance, CFA, or Certified Treasury Professional.
• Knowledge of asset classes including Commercial/Retail loans, Derivatives, Securitized Assets, and Equity.
