You will drive requirements gathering and process improvement for complex software projects. You bridge the gap between customer needs and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements through direct customer interviews and translate them into detailed system requirements documents.
• Develop user stories and use cases following established business analysis best practices.
• Design wireframes and mockups that adhere to UX standards.
• Execute business process re-engineering and software process flow improvements.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 8+ years of experience in business process re-engineering and process flow improvement.
• 8+ years of experience creating system requirements documents and user stories.
• 8+ years of experience designing UX-compliant mockups and wireframes.
• 5+ years of professional facilitation and communication experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing and organization.
• Any Graduate degree.
