Description

You will act as a bridge between clients and development teams to design functional technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business and functional requirements through JAD sessions to build client trust and define desired functionalities.
• Analyze and develop user stories, including detailed acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
• Create mockup wireframes, process maps, and data flow diagrams to communicate functionality to stakeholders and engineers.
• Document and trace requirements through the development lifecycle using management tools.
• Champion quality practices throughout the entire SDLC.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or System Analyst.
• Experience working in Agile environments as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or technical team member.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or TFS.
• Experience using user-centered design methodologies to solve technical problems.
• Strong ability to create process maps and data flow diagrams.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to convey complex information to audiences of varying technical skill levels.
