You will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business objectives are met effectively.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows to guide implementation.
• Conduct gap analysis to propose solutions that address business challenges.
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet user requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories).
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and tools.
• Experience with data analysis tools: Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and meetings to identify pain points.
• Experience monitoring project progress, risks, and issues.

Preferred Skills

• Domain expertise in Finance, Healthcare, or IT.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
