Description

You will manage procurement analysis, financial forecasting, and cross-functional project coordination in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate purchases, perform vendor cost comparisons, and evaluate technology state against demand.
• Manage the 30-60-90 day pipeline for large deals and enter accurate forecasts.
• Execute the purchase process from initiation to PO creation, including ticket management and internal approval workflows.
• Perform variance vs. forecast analysis to identify improvement areas and refine demand plans.
• Drive large-scale projects with ambiguous scope into refined deliverables for executive review.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related financial/operational roles.
• Experience with vendor cost comparison and market research.
• Proficiency in variance analysis and forecasting.
• Ability to conduct competitive analysis and market trend research.
• Strong project management skills to handle high-profile projects and deadlines.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external parties.
• Degree in any field.
