Description

You will act as a liaison among stakeholders to analyze organizational structure, policies, and operations to recommend goal-oriented solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facilitated workshops to perform requirements analysis and gather stakeholder needs.
• Develop comprehensive documentation including business, functional, user, and non-functional requirements.
• Create detailed workflows using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and graphic representations of complex processes.
• Build report specifications, requirements traceability matrices, and project initiation documents.
• Analyze data and perform statistical analysis to support technical initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with stakeholders on technical initiatives involving large teams and vendors.
• Deep experience with EHR, EMR, health informatics, and health IT/clinical systems.
• Proficiency in SQL queries and tools.
• Expertise in Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office, and software design tools.
• Proven ability to use formal requirements gathering methodologies and BPMN.
• Experience defining quality-of-service requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and usability.
• Strong organization and technical writing skills.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Business Analyst certification through the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
