Responsibilities

• Conduct business process reengineering to identify technology applications that improve operational effectiveness.
• Develop solution options, perform risk assessments, and conduct financial analyses including cost/benefit and ROI evaluations.
• Document user needs, program functions, and technical requirements for software development or modification.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and drive the adoption of metadata library solutions.
• Monitor and report on program engagement and progress toward a fully documented metadata library.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in data governance or data management.
• 4+ years of experience working directly with program and business staff to implement technical solutions.
• 4+ years of experience preparing verbal and written communications and presentations for non-technical staff.
• 4+ years of experience guiding stakeholders through change management related to technology and business processes.
• 4+ years of experience working within cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage and support change initiatives for business process improvements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with public health program staff.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail across multiple program areas.
