Description

You will lead application change lifecycles and perform senior-level business analysis from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project deliverables including charters, design documentation, test plans, and risk assessment plans.
• Lead application change SDLC using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Identify business process improvement opportunities through automation and prepare system development proposals.
• Consult on application analysis, troubleshoot system problems, and oversee solution implementation.
• Develop training curricula and conduct formal training sessions for assigned system modules.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience performing complex, senior-level business analysis.
• 6+ years of experience consulting on application analysis and system troubleshooting.
• 6+ years of experience providing quality assurance oversight for large-scale projects.
• 6+ years of experience leading application change SDLC using Agile and Scrum.
• 5+ years of experience identifying automation opportunities for business process improvement.
• 5+ years of experience developing training curricula and conducting formal training.
• 5+ years of experience designing test cases and processing change requests.
• 3+ years of experience communicating technical findings to executive leadership.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Prior State or Federal government work experience.
• CSM or ITIL certification.
