Description

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, define, and document business, system, and functional requirements and use cases.
• Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support Salesforce design and development.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate roadmap features into actionable product requirements.
• Drive stakeholder meetings, including requirement sessions, system demos, and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze reported system issues and communicate resolutions to provide production support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, specifically Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Proven experience working within an Agile environment.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate requirement sessions.
• Experience working alongside Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage risks, issues, and escalation processes.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
