You will support the OneDAM portfolio by bridging business requirements with technical delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to define data models, vocabularies, and workflows within the DAM ecosystem.
• Translate business requirements into actionable IS&T deliverables.
• Produce training materials, including videos, decks, and creative documentation.
• Lead learning sessions and act as a support contact for platform tenants and users.
• Identify platform improvements and partner with IS&T to implement them.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Direct experience with OneDAM.
• Background in Digital Asset Management (DAM), content operations, or IS&T-related work.
• Experience navigating cross-functional teams and complex systems.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Experience producing training and enablement materials.
• Ability to work in Austin, TX.
