Description

You will lead business process redesign and digital transformation initiatives for enterprise projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process reengineering (BPR) and digital transformation efforts.
• Create and maintain business process models using BPMN, UML, and Archimate.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business and functional requirements.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Support change management for redesigned processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst or Business Architect on enterprise projects.
• Hands-on expertise with Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA).
• Strong knowledge of BPMN, UML, Archimate, and enterprise modeling tools.
• Demonstrated business analysis and architecture experience.
• CBAP or TOGAF certification preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma methodology experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, CHIP, or healthcare programs.
• Familiarity with public sector projects.
