Description

Translate HR business requirements into ServiceNow HRSD configurations and workflows. This role bridges HR processes with the ServiceNow platform, managing product backlogs, UAT, and release cycles while ensuring data privacy compliance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into ServiceNow configurations, flows, and catalog items.
• Define user stories, manage the product backlog, and oversee User Acceptance Testing.
• Manage change and release processes for HR systems.
• Ensure adherence to HR data privacy, access controls, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and InfoSec stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years supporting HR processes and systems.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD (case management, COEs, lifecycle events).
• Proficiency in backlog management and user story creation.
• Strong understanding of HR data privacy and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing change and release cycles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across HR, IT, and InfoSec.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
