Description

You will own the analysis and documentation of business and system requirements for software development projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program policies and procedures, assessing impact on automated systems.
• Elicit, document, and validate complex business and system requirements.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage product backlog items and user stories.
• Develop training materials and deliver end-user training as needed.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting application or software development projects.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Proficiency in requirements documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with backlog management and user story prioritization.
• Test planning, execution, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience.
• Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
