You will bridge business needs with technical solutions through complex analysis, requirements gathering, and test planning.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program policies and procedures to determine their impact on automated systems.
• Review project deliverables, including charters, requirements, design docs, and test plans, to ensure business needs are met.
• Act as a liaison, consulting on analysis, design, configuration, testing, and policy implementation.
• Identify and prioritize the product backlog to ensure efficient resource use and approve user stories based on stakeholder feedback.
• Create and execute detailed test plans and scenarios mapping directly to documented business requirements or user stories.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst performing complex analysis and writing technical documentation.
• 8+ years of experience utilizing business analysis skills to gather, validate, and document requirements from business end users.
• 8+ years of experience coordinating and developing test plans, strategies, exit criteria, and test scenarios.
• 8+ years of experience executing detailed test cases within a complex software environment.
• 8+ years of experience utilizing the Agile software development methodology.
• 8+ years of experience reporting project status to management, including risks, issues, and key decisions.
• 8+ years of experience identifying project risks and issues and developing mitigation strategies.
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products (Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint).
• 8+ years of experience performing review and approval processes of complex technical user and system requirements.
• 8+ years of experience with Medicaid management information systems and processes.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years knowledge of Texas Medicaid programs and PASRR.
• 2+ years experience with the Long-Term Care Online Portal application.
