Description

You will own the analysis and documentation of business requirements for the Solicitation Review System.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements for the Solicitation Review System.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and perform gap analysis between current and future system states.
• Collaborate with technical teams to track implementation and test system functionality.
• Maintain requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership on progress, risks, and issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of BABOK principles and SDLC.
• Experience translating policies and regulations into system requirements.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, document analysis).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with reporting tools like Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI proficiency.
• SDLC experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
