Description

Key Responsibilities
• Elicit and analyze business and system requirements through interviews, JAD sessions, workflow analysis, document reviews, surveys, and use cases
• Translate requirements into clear business/functional requirements, user stories, use cases, SRS documentation, wireframes, and mockups
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and re-engineering
• Manage requirements and change control throughout the SDLC
• Use Jira and Modern Requirements to track requirements, changes, and status
• Facilitate meetings and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Mentor peers and promote Business Analysis best practices
Required Experience
• 8+ years eliciting requirements and creating system requirements
• 8+ years working with SDLC methodologies
• 8+ years in business process re-engineering and process flow improvement
• 8+ years developing user stories and use cases
• 8+ years designing wireframes/mockups using UX best practices
• 8+ years of strong communication, facilitation, writing, and organizational skills
• 4+ years of experience with Atlassian Jira
• 2+ years of experience with Modern Requirements
