Description

You will translate customer visions into prioritized product backlogs, acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional requirements using business process mapping and reengineering methodologies.
• Translate customer needs into prioritized product backlogs using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Develop acceptance criteria-based user stories and manage story mapping.
• Organize user acceptance testing (UAT) for individual sprints and end-to-end project phases.
• Complete comprehensive system documentation and support the application development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience serving as a liaison between business communities and IT teams.
• 8+ years of experience in application development as an Agile/Scrum Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• 8+ years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes and user needs.
• 8+ years of experience with customer-focused user experience design.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
• 5+ years of experience writing acceptance criteria-based user stories.
• 5+ years of experience managing highly complex application security requirements.
• 5+ years of experience organizing user acceptance testing.
• 4+ years of experience with story mapping and business process mapping.
• 4+ years of experience using Atlassian Jira.
• 4+ years of experience completing system documentation.
• 3+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Project and Visio.
• 3+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Cisco WebEx, and Atlassian Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Admin, or App Builder) and Trailhead Ranger status.
• Experience with Salesforce Requirements Gathering and Salesforce Grants Manager.
• Public sector experience and 508 Compliance/Web Accessibility knowledge.
