Description

Drive the migration of legacy mainframe applications (Accounting, Pension, and Disability) to a modernized Microsoft platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify improvements through enhanced technology.
• Document as-is and to-be states using user stories to align management, users, and developers.
• Collaborate with developers and technical architects to define technical implementations that meet business needs.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure functional application delivery.
• Present findings and requirements to groups of up to 20 people.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience analyzing and improving Pension Systems.
• 5+ years of experience documenting requirements through user stories and process documentation.
• 5+ years of experience building stakeholder rapport and trust.
• 3+ years of experience managing user stories and progress within Azure DevOps.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing functional test plans.
• 3+ years of experience delivering presentations to groups.
• Knowledge of Accounting.
• Agile methodologies.
