You will review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, systems, and user needs to drive project success.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document detailed user needs and program functions, including AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
• Create and maintain project artifacts such as Business Requirements Documents, Use Cases, and User Acceptance Test Plans and Scripts.
• Utilize general IT SDLC processes to ensure structured delivery.
• Mediate between business units to resolve conflicting requirements.
• Apply business mapping methodologies and process reengineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience in business analysis or related IT roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
• Strong understanding of IT SDLC and business process reengineering.
• Ability to document technical and user business needs clearly.
• Experience with business systems evaluation and mapping methodologies.
• Strong mediation and communication skills to handle conflicting stakeholder requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with any graduate degree in a relevant field.
