>> Business Analyst coupled with project management skillset to manage change the bank book of work >> Experience in Capital Markets preferably in Investment Banking or Wealth Management would be ideal >> Understanding of F2B (Trading, corporate actions, Settlements and recon) would be an added advantage to interact with business users >> Very good understanding of Agile methodology >> Project Management and Test Management >> Analyzing Business, Functional and Non-functional Requirements >> Translating High Level Business Goals into detailed, clear and comprehensive business requirements document >> Documenting Artefacts like BRDs, User Stories, Business/Process Workflows, Gap Assessment and Risk Assessment >> Work closely with stakeholders like Product Owners, Application Owners, Technology, Operations and Cross Functional Teams to identify, analyse and document business problems, opportunities and roadmap >> Project Planning, Test Strategy and Test Estimation >> Hands on experience in Jira, Powerpoint, excel and BI tools like tableau or PowerBI or Alteryx or Qlikview >> GenAI application using Co-Pilot (good to have) >> Work experience with large banks like JPMC, Morgan Stanley, GS, Charles Schwab, BoFA, UBS would be ideal Requirements: >> Agile methodology >> Capital Markets (Settlements, Corporate Actions, Reconciliation) >> Wealth Management
