Description

You will support billing, enrollment, and system migration projects as a Business Analyst.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support system immigration and system-to-system migration processes.
• Manage enrollment backend tasks, including 834 file support, address changes, and billing updates.
• Navigate Mainframe systems to support NASCO operations.
• Maintain daily activity logs, product logs, and system testing documentation.
• Facilitate meetings and coordinate project-related updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Mainframe system navigation proficiency.
• Billing and General Ledger (G/L) functional knowledge.
• Experience handling 834 files and enrollment backend processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Ability to work 100% remotely on EST timing.

Preferred Skills

• NASCO system experience.
• Project management experience.
