You will analyze and improve business processes within an IT-focused organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document detailed business processes.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend specific improvements.
• Create process diagrams using standard diagramming software.
• Prepare presentations and reports for executives and senior stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst in an IT environment.
• Proven experience eliciting and documenting business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process diagramming.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience preparing professional presentations for senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Basic project management skills and experience.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace collaborative tools.
