You will manage project delivery and requirements for capital markets initiatives, bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, functional, and non-functional requirements to translate high-level goals into detailed business requirements documents.
• Document key artifacts including BRDs, user stories, business/process workflows, gap assessments, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Application Owners, and cross-functional teams to identify business problems and define roadmaps.
• Lead project planning, test strategy development, and test estimation.
• Manage project execution using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or project management within Capital Markets (Investment Banking, Wealth Management).
• Strong understanding of F2B processes including Trading, Corporate Actions, Settlements, and Reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and project management practices.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, or Qlikview.
• Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across Technology, Operations, and Business units.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with large financial institutions.
• Familiarity with GenAI applications like Co-Pilot.
