Responsibilities

• Define business requirements for reporting, dashboards, analytics, and ad-hoc reporting across multiple business areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational problems, plan project strategies, and define data requirements.
• Perform data analysis to support executive-level decision making.
• Apply CSM and Agile processes to manage project workflows.
• Articulate previous project experience and technical contributions clearly to diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in business analysis.
• Proven experience working on Data Engineering projects.
• Deep understanding of the Business Analyst role within a Data Engineering context.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for complex data requirements.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• CSM certification.
