You will use data analytics and statistical modeling to solve complex business problems and drive customer experience initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate structured and unstructured problems into actionable analytical frameworks.
• Execute descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to provide insights to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain databases and dashboards to support strategic and tactical decisions.
• Experiment with alternate analytical techniques to address diverse business requirements.
• Perform advanced querying and data manipulation involving multiple tables and subqueries.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in data or business analytics.
• Expert-level data manipulation and SQL querying skills.
• Hands-on experience building machine learning algorithms for business problems.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Spark, or SAS.
• Experience with BI tools including Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, or Datasstudio.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with MS Office applications.
• Strong statistical modeling and predictive analytics capabilities.
• Ability to communicate findings through effective verbal and written presentation.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics preferred.

• Experience in stakeholder management and business consulting.
• Skills in storyboarding and presenting complex data insights.
