Description

You will define user needs and translate them into system requirements, epics, user stories, and data mapping documents. You will document business requirements, user stories, and process flows to guide system design and development. You will support the Product Manager by bridging communication between business and technical stakeholders. You will maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Good understanding of retail and supply chain domains.
• Experience with Blue Yonder (BY) solutions, specifically BY Commits and BY DSS.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Engineering graduate (BE/B.Tech/MCA) or equivalent.
