You will act as the primary link between business partners and technical teams, translating complex needs into functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Elicit high-level requirements by analyzing customer journeys and user needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and use cases with clear acceptance criteria.
• Develop business cases by articulating benefits, measuring IT project contributions, and identifying industry trends.
• Manage project ambiguity, providing accurate effort estimates and quantifying risks throughout the development lifecycle.
• Navigate conflicts between multiple business partners and adjust customer expectations when project scope changes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Primary Business Analyst on medium to large complexity projects.
• Proven ability to convert requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in business relationship management and managing multiple business partners.
• Strong skills in risk assessment, problem resolution, and negotiation.
• Ability to quantify resource requirements and communicate project benefits.
• Ability to engage both developers and business stakeholders to achieve target outcomes.
• Experience defining and executing test cases while promoting usability standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
