Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution through documentation, stakeholder management, and lifecycle support.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and conduct AS IS studies to perform gap analysis and define project scope.
• Prepare technical documentation including BRD, FRD, FRS, SRS, clarification logs, change registers, and RTM.
• Build prototypes and mock-up screens to align application landscape with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with development, testing, and technical writing teams to ensure requirement clarity.
• Manage UAT through test case preparation, solution verification, and final sign-off.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis roles.
• Proficiency in creating UML diagrams, use cases, and sequence diagrams.
• Experience with Agile and iterative SDLC models.
• Ability to manage stakeholder communication and interact with government officials.
• Hands-on experience with UAT processes and requirement traceability.
• Strong documentation skills for SOPs and functional specifications.
• Background in working alongside SQA and development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SQA processes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
