Responsibilities

• Create concise documentation and process flows using Visio or Microsoft Office.
• Manage multiple project priorities and apply risk management principles.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to resolve problems and support decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and Visio.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage documentation and complex process flows.
• Experience in risk management techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMP, or Scrum Master.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools.
