Description

You will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams to identify business needs and deliver data-driven recommendations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to outline problems and solutions.
• Develop use cases, user stories, workflows, and process models.
• Assist in project planning, monitoring, and system implementation support.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and generate reports to support decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Experience writing user stories and developing workflows.
• Ability to conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and operations.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
