You will analyze and improve supply chain and logistics processes to drive efficiency and reduce costs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve supply chain and logistics processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee third-party logistics providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans for system enhancements.
• Gather and translate business requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Manage new carrier onboarding and support PMO activities, including milestone tracking and reporting.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis focusing on supply chain and logistics.
• Proficiency in SAP for data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
• Expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong capability in Data Analysis.
• Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
