You will lead business analysis activities across projects, translating client needs into actionable technical requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and control business analysis activities within agreed cost, time, and quality parameters.
• Create and present business cases to secure funding, approval, and prioritization for solution value.
• Collaborate with teams to transform client business processes, driving organizational effectiveness.
• Design improvements using Kaizen and Kanban techniques alongside business consultants.
• Document requirements using BPMN 2.0 notations, user stories, and epics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related consulting roles.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Deep functional knowledge of Insurance Sales, Underwriting, Claims, and Servicing processes.
• Proficiency with tools including Jira and Figma.
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts and process modeling.
• Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institute.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Business Analysis, or Project Management.

Preferred Skills

• Strong ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive client engagement and align deliverables with expectations.
