Description

You will define user needs and translate them into system requirements, epics, user stories, and data mapping documents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define user needs to produce system requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Document business requirements, user stories, and process flows for system design.
• Support the Product Manager by managing communication between business and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and procedures.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Good understanding of retail and supply chain domains.
• Experience with Blue Yonder (BY) solutions, specifically BY Commits and BY DSS.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Engineering graduate (BE/B.Tech/MCA) or equivalent.
