You will act as a bridge between technical logic and business requirements within a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex Java or Mainframe applications to extract and document technical logic.
• Translate technical application flows into business-meaningful language and documentation.
• Support development team members by interpreting complex system behaviors.
• Create visual documentation and presentations using PowerPoint, decks, or Visio.

Required Skills

• 9-13 years of total professional organizational experience.
• Strong background in Java or Mainframe development.
• Proven experience in Product or Business Analyst roles.
• Ability to read and interpret complex application code and logic.
• Proficiency in creating technical presentations and diagrams via Visio or PowerPoint.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Background in QA or Automation testing to support system critical thinking.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
