Description

You will act as a Business Analyst within an operational environment, focusing on requirement development and Agile facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Run Agile sessions and manage the development of technical requirements.
• Analyze operational processes using analytical and communication skills.
• Utilize Agile tools to track progress and manage workflows.
• Support mobile and chatbot-related projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in an operational or consulting environment.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Working knowledge of Web-services, REST APIs, and JSON/XML.
• Experience facilitating Agile methodologies.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Operations, Management Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Six Sigma and/or Scrum certification.
• Coding, testing, or experience using browser plugins like Chrome Developer tools or Firebug.
