Description

You will own the analysis lifecycle for application development projects, bridging the gap between management objectives and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to identify, define, and document business functions, operational procedures, and system requirements.
• Analyze the integration of business functions with technology to support project design and implementation.
• Create user stories, capture technical requirements, and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
• Identify and document business processes within legacy application data systems.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and design sessions to facilitate team alignment.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business functions and processes.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and maintaining product backlogs.
• Expertise in creating detailed requirements documentation for complex projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work on-site in Baton Rouge, LA, USA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience documenting business requirements for government modernization projects.
• Familiarity with quality assurance testing and creating user guides or training materials.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes or mockups using tools like Figma.
