Description

You will own the validation and quality assurance lifecycle, from test design through execution and defect analysis. You develop complex test scripts, set up test environments, and contribute to requirements documentation. You prioritize immediate execution issues while driving long-term automation and continuous improvement goals. You provide status updates to managers and users, with flexibility to work after hours or weekends for urgent tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and deploy test scripts and cases for complex modules.
• Set up test environments and contribute to requirements documentation and test design.
• Prioritize technical issues to resolve immediate test execution blockers.
• Drive long-term project goals focused on automation and continuous improvement.
• Provide status and completion updates to managers and users.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience supporting projects involving testing needs and test strategies.
• Expertise in test plans, designs, scenarios, test case preparation, and execution.
• Strong background in defect management and defect analysis.
• Ability to carry out priorities in an organized and efficient manner.
• Willingness to work after hours or on weekends for urgent tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of JIRA Software or equivalent for Test Case Management.
• Knowledge of Test Automation, specifically Selenium.
• Experience with quality processes and reporting software tools.
