Description

You will document business functions and analyze how technology integrates with existing processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and document business functions, processes, and operational procedures.
• Consult with management to identify business needs, objectives, and input/output requirements.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop project work plans, timelines, and assist with business case development.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with business analytics processes.
• 1+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in writing requirements and design documents.
• Experience using Visio or similar diagramming tools.
• Ability to analyze the integration of business functions with technology.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data conversion and User Acceptance Testing.
• Familiarity with Jira and Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR).
• PMI-PBA or CBAP certification.
