You will bridge the gap between client needs and technical implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by engaging directly with clients.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders with project teams.
• Develop documentation including process flows, business requirements, and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
• Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure quality and compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience in business analysis.
• Expertise in Reltio.
• Proficiency with SQL and data management concepts (MDM, DWH).
• Experience applying Agile/SCRUM or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written communication skills for structured documentation.
• Familiarity with Snowflake.
