Description

You will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to define, document, and build capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and map current business processes and requirements.
• Define technical requirements based on architecture, design, and process detailing.
• Assist in the full build process, from concept definition through deployment.
• Manage effective communication between business partners and technical teams.
• Plan and coordinate project activities in a consulting environment.

Required Skills

• At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Minimum 4 years creating requirement specifications from process design.
• Minimum 4 years capturing and documenting business process requirements.
• Minimum 4 years in solution evaluation, development, configuration, and validation.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Requirements analysis.
• Experience with SQL and PLSQL.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills for senior leadership.
• Experience in Financial Services, particularly Risk/Compliance or Capital Markets.
