 Key Responsibilities 

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows. Partner with business, operations, technology, and client stakeholders to perform gap analysis and define future-state solutions. Drive end-to-end business analysis activities, including process mapping, solution design, stakeholder sign-off, and change management. Support integration, conversion, SIT/UAT testing, Go-Live, and post-production activities. Contribute to product strategy, roadmap discussions, practice development initiatives, RFPs, POVs, and knowledge assets. Collaborate in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Required Skills 8-15 years of relevant experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Retirement Services, Custody, or Capital Markets. Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Strong experience engaging senior business, operations, and technology stakeholders. Proven ability to create business process maps, functional specifications, and solution documents. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Tools & Technologies Atlassian JIRA and Confluence. Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Copilot. Basic SQL knowledge; Power BI exposure is an advantage. Preferred Profile Experience working with leading financial institutions, retirement recordkeepers, custodians, investment banks, or tier-1 product organizations. Strong product mindset with the ability to influence product roadmaps and business transformation initiatives. Experience with platforms such as retirement recordkeeping systems, custody platforms, post-trade processing solutions, or wealth management products. Preferred Industry: Wealth Management, Retirement Services, Custody Operations, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, and Financial Services
