You will bridge business needs and technical implementation by defining requirements and managing product delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and document requirements using user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the product backlog, sprints, and increments within an Agile framework.
• Analyze data using Excel or BI tools to interpret metrics and dashboards.
• Link functional requirements directly to measurable business outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar IT/consulting role.
• Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and/or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Solid understanding of Project Management fundamentals.
• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing projects.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in stakeholder management, including influencing, negotiating, and resolving conflicts.
